Down North Garlic Powder

This is a locally made garlic powder made right here in Owen Ontario by a local farmer. 

1/8 of a teaspoon equals one clove of garlic. 

Each batch of powders is made from carefully selected garlic bulbs that are dried to perfection to preserve their natural aromas and taste. You will notice the potent flavor that will add a rich earthy note to all your dishes.
